Open Enrollment is October 9 - 20, 2023

This year, employees are not required to take action unless you wish to enroll in Flexible Spending Accounts or make changes to your benefits. All benefits, except for FSA will rollover for the 2024 plan year. If you have questions or need to make changes, you can schedule an appointment with a Benefit Counselor. During your appointment, the Benefit Counselor will be available to assist with the following services:

Explain your benefit options
Answer your questions
Complete your enrollment

Call Center Appointments

Schedule an appointment and a Call Center Benefit Counselor will call you at your scheduled time. The call will originate from a 205 or 850 area code.

Be Prepared

Be prepared to make benefit decisions during your 30-minute session. Bring the dates of birth and social security numbers for all eligible dependents, even if you are not sure you will add them.

Limited Appointments

Appointment times are limited. Book your appointment early to ensure that you have the opportunity to speak with a Call Center Benefit Counselor at the date and time of your convenience.
